Bracelet measures 1 3/4 inches from top to bottom at the tallest point of bracelet center & tapers to 1/2 inch at the inside of the wrist for comfort. Inside circumference measures 5 3/8 inch plus a 1 inch gap. There is some room for adjusting size.
